THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM TIME SCHEDULE

FIRST YEAR
FIRST SEMESTER
• Attend the Internship Overview Seminar.
• You may want to visit the Career Development Office for Career Consultations.
• Begin choosing/taking subjects needed for Internship1*.
 
SECOND SEMESTER
• Identify what you want to do and where you want to go for your Internship.
• For those who are planning to take their Internship1 ahead, you may want to start gathering information on our Industry Partners/Make full use of the Internship Resources that you may access Online (Enderun WebPortal) or through visiting the Career Development Office.
• You may also check the available Internship Offerings for the Summer.
 
SUMMER
• Students are now allowed to undergo INTERNSHIP1 provided that Pre-requisite classes have already been taken (NOTE: Internship1 may be taken until Summer before Third Year).
 
 
SECOND YEAR
FIRST SEMESTER
• You are invited to attend the following Activities (NOTE: these are done Yearly, and every Semester):
- Guest Lecture Series
- CV Building and Cover Letter Seminars
- How to Do Job Interviews
• If at this point, you are not done yet with your Internship1, are encouraged to drop by the Career Development Office. Get more involved with your Career Advisor and schedule at least 2 meetings per semester.
 
SECOND SEMESTER
• Please be reminded that this is your last chance to prepare for your Internship1, if you are planning to take it during the summer.
 
SUMMER
• Students should have already taken Internship1/are already taking Internship1 at this point.
 
 
THIRD YEAR
FIRST SEMESTER
• You may already start preparing for your Internship2. Since Internship2 is designed to be more specific and supervisory in nature, we highly recommend that you identify which specific department you want to focus in.
• Consult with Academics to choose the majors that are aligned with the Internship2 you want to take.
• Check available Internship Offerings at the Career Development Office.
 
SECOND SEMESTER
• You may already start taking INTERNSHIP2. Internship2 may only be taken until First Semester of your Senior Year.
• Start searching for Potential Employers through Research, attending Career Fairs and On-Campus Recruitment.
