ARTICLE III
MEMBERSHIP
Section
1 Membership to ????? will be open to ?????. Membership in this
organization shall not be denied to any student on the basis of race,
color, national origin, sex, religion, age, sexual orientation or
disability.
Section 2. The
interested student will have to fill out an application form and submit
it to the person in charge. The applicant will undergo a panel
interview. The panel will be composed of ?????. Explain how the
applicant will know if he or she is accepted
Section
3. Members will attend all meetings scheduled by the ????? unless the
meetings are in conflict with class schedules. All things discussed in
the said meetings will be kept in confidence by the attendees. Members
are also expected to comply with ????? rules and regulations. Any
member who fails to meet the conditions will be ????? and the
appropriate consequence will be decided by the ????? .

ARTICLE IV
THE EXECUTIVE BOARD
Section 1 The executive board of this organization shall consist of

Section
2 The term of the Executive Board will be for ?????. Turnover of all
duties and responsibilities of the executive board tot eh new officers
will be done on the last week of ?????. The official term of the new
Executive Board will begin on ???? of every school year.
Section
3 If three or more members of the organization believe that one of the
members of the Executive Board is not doing the duties and
responsibilities assigned to him, a grievance meeting will be held.
This meeting will comprise of the Executive Board and the aggrieved
members. It will be facilitated by the highest ranking officer.
Dismissal from his / her position will be discussed and decided by the
Executive Board.
Section 4 If a
member is not fulfilling his responsibility, he / she will be issued a
Letter of Warning by the Executive Board. He / she is expected to
explain to the Board of why he / she neglected to perform his / her
duties. The Board is responsible for disciplinary action up to and
including dismissal of staff members failing to adequately perform
their duties.

ARTICLE V
ADVISOR
Section
1 The advisor of this organization will be selected by the Executive
Committee of Enderun Colleges. The selected faculty has the option to
accept the position.
Section 2 The
role of the advisor is to guide the members of any events that they
will hold. He / she will not, in any way, dictate what the organization
will or will not do. If such an occurrence will happen, the Editorial
Board may ask the advisor to step down. If the advisor feels that this
request is unjustifiable, the Editorial Board can remove him / her from
the position and select another advisor.
Section 3 Identity of the organization’s advisor is presented to Enderun every start of the schoolyear

ARTICLE VI
MEETINGS
Section 1 Provide a policy on when meetings of the executive committee will be held

2 Provide a policy of what constitutes a quorum which is the minimum
number of officers or members present before any meeting is official.
Section 3 Provide a policy on General Assemblies – when these are held and who should attend these
Section 4 Departmental / committee meetings will take place at the discretion of the executive committee.

ARTICLE VII
AMMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION
Section
1 An amendment to this Constitution may be proposed by any editorial
board or staff member of Recordatio. Following the proposal of an
amendment, the editorial board and staff will debate and discuss the
amendment.
Section 2 Adoption of
an amendment to this Constitution will follow any additional
discussion/debate in the meeting following its proposal and requires a
two thirds vote of all editorial board and staff members to be adopted.

ARTICLE VIII
FINANCIAL STRUCTURE & ORGANIZATION BUDGET
Section
1 Enderun will provide the organization with a starting fund. This fund
will be deposited in a designated bank account by Enderun. Signatories
of the said account will be the advisor and the President
Section
2 All costs and expenses will be documented through a requisition slip
and will have to get the approval of the President and the concerned
Executive Editor.

Provide a policy on finance reports like format, schedule of
preparation and submission and who will prepare, approve and monitor
these
