Effective immediately, all locker around campus can no longer be reserved for personal use. The following guidelines will be implemented:
Attention: All students who completed their internship by 1st semester AY 2012-2013 (by October 2012)
a. enrolled for internship in Summer 2012 and finished internship between June-October 2012 OR
b. enrolled for internship in June 2012 and finished internship by October 2012
You are REQUIRED to submit your internship report (in the prescribed template issued by the Career Services Office) by Thursday, November 29 to the Career Services Office in both HARD and SOFT COPIES
a. Soft Copy in PDF format must be emailed to ihminternships@gmail.com
b. Hard Copy must be physically submitted to the office (new location: former HA Lounge of HA Building)
Upon submission of the hard copy, you must sign-up for your schedule to present to your Internship Advisor and submit to him/ her another hard copy of your report.
Presentations must be completed by December 15, 2012 if you wish to be issued your internship grade within the semester.
All those who do not submit and present their requirements within this period will receive a FAILING grade for internship.
